Logs; "Complete Action" action should be disabled when in Edit mode

In Logs forms, e.g., Account Log, there is a "Complete Action". This is now disabled in Edit mode, as it causes other changes to the Log to be discarded in clicked.

Also, the "Complete" button to the right of the Action Complete time has now been replaced by a check button to the right of the Action Complete date.
