Application Shortcuts; Width, Height and Form Key can now be specified when showing HTML

The following Application Shortcut types can now specify a Form Key or alternatively a Width and Height (in pixels) for the HTML viewer form:

• HtmlShow
• HtmlShowFunction
• HtmlShowScriptEvent

The corresponding business layer functions (e.g., finBL.CreateApplicationShortcutHtmlShow) have been updated to accept these new parameters.

NOTE: If FormKey is specified, Width and Height will be ignored. HtmlShowFunction and HtmlShowScriptEvent will always generate an automatic FormKey if neither Width or Height are specified.
