Workflows; Workflow Actions wizard; Confirm page updated and now allows previewing of Emails

The Confirm page at the end of the Workflow Actions wizard has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) style page.

Also, a "Preview Email" hyperlink is available to allow a preview of the Email that be sent to be viewed. This preview also contains the Signature (User/ Global/ Entity).
