Email generation, previews and signature changes

A number of changes have been made relating to how Email messages are generated, how previews of Emails are displayed and how and when the Global/ User/ Entity signature is appended to the Email message.

Logs forms, Email page:

• Subject is now displayed separately from the email body.

The following special tags can be included when defining Email type Documents or sending Emails:

• [Signature]
• Inserts the Global/ User/ Entity Signature at this position instead of at the bottom of the email
• [NoSignature]
• Indicates that no signature should be included in the Email.

The following, potentially breaking, change has also been made:

When previewing an Email or generating an Email message, if the Email is HTML and already contains and HTML tag, the signature will NOT be appended to the end. Previously, the signature was appended but was outside of the closing HTML which could cause rendering issues with different Web browsers and Email clients.
