Reporting; Loan Maturity Variance; New option and column to show Loans with Insufficient Payments

A new option has been added to the Loan Maturity Variance report to determine how Loans with Insufficient Payments are handled.

Also, the defaults for the "Maturing" parameter have been updated. The "From" part is now blank and the "To" part is the end of the current month.

A new "Insufficient Payments" Boolean column has been added to both the query and the report.

If the "Insufficient Payments" column is shown in the report then the "Days Variance" column will show blank (rather than "Unknown").

NOTE: The underlying query data has not changed, i.e., a value of 999,999 is still used to represent the Days Variance if there are Insufficient Payments.
