Warning now displayed when running 64-bit with a .NET framework version lower than 4.5.2

There are known performance issues running the .NET framework in a 64-bit process. Microsoft has fixed this in version 4.5.2 of the framework.

The following warning will now be displayed to users opening a finPOWER Connect database when running in a 64-bit process if they have an older version of the .NET framework installed.

WARNING: You are running a 64-bit process and your .NET framework version is lower than 4.5.2. You may experience performance issues when opening certain forms, e.g., Tools, User Preferences. Please see http://www.intersoft.co.nz/Support/TSB.aspx?id=TSB1034 for more information.
