Help, About; "Running in a 32/64-bit Process" message function updated

The Business Layer function finBL.System.Is32BitProcess has been updated to use new functions available in the .NET framework. In earlier version of finPOWER Connect the .NET framework did not include specific functions to determine if the application was running in a 32 or 64 bit process.

This function is used in a number of places, e.g. Help, About.

Note, a new function Is64BitProcess has been added to ISSystem.
