Quick Search; Not matching partial record codes as expected

The Quick Search was not matching partial record codes as expected.

For example, entering the partial Account Id "L1000" into a database with less than 100,000 Accounts should have matched all Accounts with a code that starts "L1000". For small to medium databases, this type of "Begins" search is performed if the partial code is 5 characters or less.

However, if the minimum length of any Account Id in the database was more than 5 characters, the search would not take place which was incorrect.
