Securitisation; Unable to allow an Account with no active Securitisation to be re-securitied

When running the Securitisation Allocations wizard and manually adding an Account to the grid that had previously been securitised but was no longer securitised, e.g., an Early Settlement had been performed , the Account could not be re-securitised and the warning message "Account is already Securitised to Bulk Funder 'ABC'." was displayed in the grid and the summary below the grid.
