File Export; add default filename to file export dialog

When exporting to a file, several places now include a default filename.

The following functions now default a filename:

Account Types; Rules
Bank Account; Import Service Rules
Client Groups, Statistics (Individual and Organisation)
Information List; List
Pages Sets; Page Objects
Permissions Explorer; Permissions and User Defined
Security Statements
Task Manager; Folders
Toolbars
Transaction Entry; Batch Export
Workflow Types; Items
