Page Sets; "Account Payment Details" and "DateBox" type Page Objects now default width

Adding an "Account Payment Details" type Page Object to a Page Set Page now defaults the width to 400. Previously, the default width was 200 which was not wide enough to display all fields on the Page Object.

Also, when adding a DateBox from either the button on the designer or from the button below the Page Objects grid, the width will default to 100 and auto-size providing the layout is flow.
