Workflows; Recall Date can now be audited
A new "Workflows" page has been added to the Global Settings form, Auditing section.
This allows Audit Logs to be written when a Workflow's Recall Date has been changed.
NOTE: The Recall Date is set whenever a Workflow Item is actioned. Auditing only occurs if the User has changed the Recall Date manually via the User Interface, e.g., from the General page of the Workflows form or via the button beneath Workflows grid in theTask Manager form.
A new business layer method, finWorkflow.RecallDateSet has been added. Using this to set the Recall Date will cause an Audit Log to be written when the Workflow is saved.
