Entities; User Defined page added

A "User Defined" page has been added to the Entities form.

A new Global Setting found under the Entities, General page allows a Parameter Set to be defined to enter Entity User Data. The page on the Entities form will only show if a Parameter Set is defined.

User Data is available from the business layer via the finEntityRO.UserData property of the Entities global collection.

The Entity details report has been updated to allow a "User Defined" sub-report to be displayed.
