Dun and Bradstreet New Zealand; interface added for Consumer Bureau Enquiries (CBD3 product)

A new Credit Bureau interface has been added for Dun and Bradstreet New Zealand.

This retrieves a Credit Enquiry for New Zealand individuals, either from the Consumer or Commercial database (or a combination).

Note, this interface currently only supports the CBD3 product.
