Page Sets; Page Object wizard; "Columns Start" Page Objects allow Finish button without columns being defined

In the Page Sets, Page Object wizard, the Finish button is enabled on the first page for "Columns Start" type Page Objects, even though this type of Page Object must define Columns on the second wizard page.

The Finish button is now disabled on the first page for this type of Page Object if no columns are defined on the next page.
