Account Type Promotions; the promotion period displayed may be incorrect

The Account Type Promotion period is incorrectly calculated as an exclusive time period, it should be inclusive.

For example, 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2014 should show as "1 Year".

This also applies to Client Contact Addresses, Contact Methods and Employment periods.
