Client Group; new options for New Client wizard to make Gender, Tax Number, Business Number and Company Number mandatory

New options have been added to Client Groups to make the following fields mandatory in the New Client wizard :

Individual Gender
Individual Tax Number

Organisation Business Number
Organisation Tax Number
Organisation Company Number

Note, Individual Date of Birth mandatory option was already available.
