Scripts; Web Services (Web API); Parameters can now be a Parameter Set

The Parameters page of the Scripts form allows parameters to be defined for testing custom Web Services.

Previously, only "Custom" parameters could be defined but this has been opened up so that a Parameter Set can be used instead.
