Test Web Services form; Better handling of missing or invalid Web Services URL
Previously, if the Web Services URL was left blank or was invalid, an "object not set to a reference of an object" message would be displayed.
The URL validatation now returns the following, more user-friendly messages:
- No Web Services URL is specified on the 'Connect' tab.
- The Web Services URL 'XXX' is not a valid URL.
