Web Configurations; PPSR G2B; New option to 'Force compatible Security Protocol'

A new option on the Web Configurations, PPSR G2B page allows Web Services to 'Force compatible Security Protocol'.

By default this is unchecked since the way that finPOWER Connect accesses the PPSR G2B requires that it switch a global security protocol which was neccessary with certain, earlier versions of Windows and has been retained for the current versions.

Switching this protocol in a Web Environment however may cause issues so, when Web Services are configured to use a Web Configuration, the protocol is not switched. This new setting is provided in case a future issue arises.
