Security Statements; Built-in Security Item Summary Script updated to allow User Defined data to be displayed

The built-in Security Statement Items Summary Page Script has been updated to add the following contants:

• ShowUserDefined
• ShowUserDefinedOnLeft

If ShowUserDefined is set to True, a "User Defined" block will be shown. By default, this will be at the bottom of the right-hand column but the ShowUserDefinedOnLeft constant can be set to True to show it on the left.
