Publish Documents wizard; If Fee failed to charge, Documents are not being flagged as 'Published', even though Document has been generated

If a fee for any Log in the Publish Documents wizard failed to charge (e.g., the Log was dated prior to the Account being opened or restructured), the Published Status of this and all other Logs in the batch is reset meaning that the Document will be republished again and again.

In the case of SMS and Email type Documents, this means that the Email or SMS may be resent multple times.

The behaviour has been changed as follows:

  • The Published Status of the Log will always be updated (i.e., set to "Sent"), regardless of whether a fee was sucessfully charged.
  • The item will show as having a warning in the grid on the Publish Documents wizard (the error will also now display as a tooltip on the Error/ Warning icon).
  • If the Publish Status was updated correctly (there is no reason why this should ever fail) but the fee could not be charged then the error "Log's Publish Status was updated but failed to charge Fee." will be shown for that particular item in the grid.
  • Viewing an Account Log via the (Account Log form) that has a Fee, has been published but is not linked to a transaction record will now display a warning on the Fee & Account Details page (the heading above the Fee field will be red).
  • A new "exclamation" icon will appear next to the Fee in the grid if attempting to charge a Fee prior to the Account being opened or restructured and a warning will be displayed when clicking the "Publish" button.

NOTE: The circurmstances under which this issue arose were quite specific, E.g., a Document had been created for an Account but not published. The Account was then restructured and an attempt was then made to publish the Document.
