Quote Loans; Overridden Regular Payment amount is not restored when editing a Quote Loan

If you override the Regular Payment of a Loan and save it as a Quote, when the Loan is edited the overridden Payment is not restored.

Note, existing Loan Accounts will still not work, only Quote Loans edited after this version has been installed.
