Address Lookup drilldown form; cannot enter Country

When using the Address Lookup drilldown form you cannot enter an address for non-supported countries.

When setting the Country at the top of the screen to "Other" a Country textbox should appear - it doesn't. The result is the Country shown in the address is "Other".
