Reporting; Loan New Business Report; Not including Accounts as expected

The "Loan New Business" report has been updated to resolve the following issues:

• The "Statuses" parameter has been removed since this report only deals with Accounts that were open within the specified period, i.e., Quotes are not applicable and allowing the Status to be specified was confusing.
• Previously, the report only includes Accounts with Transactions within the required period, therefore Quotes would never have been included anyway.
• The "Date As At", is now used as per the various "Trial Balance" reports, i.e., Accounts are only includes if they were Open as at this date.
