Web Service Scripts can now define Parameters to use on the 'Test Web Services' form
Custom Web Service Scripts of type "Web Service (Web API)" can now define Parameters which will then appear on the Test Web Services form.
A new option on the Test Web Services form, Web Services tab shows a Web Service under the "Custom" controller of "Execute (Parameters)". This allows a Custom Web Service to be tested using the Parameters defined on the Scripts form. Clicking the "Test" button automatically generates a URL based on the parameters entered, thereby bypassing the need to manually enter the parameters as a URL encoded string which is required if using the "Execute (GET)" and "Execute (POST)" options.
NOTE: The "Execute (Parameters)" option always performs a "GET" request.
The finPOWER Connect 2 Web Services Connectivity and Programming Guide has been updated (version 1.11) to mention this new feature.
