Accounts; two promises on the same day cause issues in Account Processes

Two promises on the same day cause issues in Account Processes, especially if paid by Direct Debit.

The first time Account Processes are run a Transaction for one Promise is created. The second time Account Processes is run the other Promise is processed.

If the Account is paid by Direct Debit, the first transaction's Direct Debit value is for both promises. The second time Account Processes is run a Transaction is created for the second Promise, but also include a Direct Debit for the promise value.
