Clients form; Contacts page; Clicking a link to send an SMS from the Summary Page shows SMS options even if SMS is not configured

Clicking a hyperlink on the Summary Page below the grid on the Contacts page of the Clients form showed SMS options, even if SMS was not configured.

The code to generate this hyperlink used the business layer finHtmlTemplateUtilities.CreateHyperlinkFromClientContactMethod method. This method has been updated to use "Contact" type application shortcuts for the links which show only the correct options.
