Application Shortcuts; Contact; Now supports specifying an Account Id

Contact type Application Shortcuts now support specifying an "accountId" parameter.

If specified and the "clientId" parameter is omitted, the Id of the Account's Main Client will be used.

If the Account Id is specified, the popup-menu contains options for Account-based contacts, E.g., "Send Account SMS".

The built-in Account Clients block (the Clients block on the Account Key Details page) now specifies the "AccountId" parameter thereby adding these new options to the popup menu.
