Business Layer; enhanced Date functions for finding End of Months
New date functionality has been added to the finPOWER Business Layer to find End of Months.
A new function EndOfNextMonth has been added to finBL.Runtime.DateUtilities.
The existing function EndOfMonth in finBL.Runtime.DateUtilities has an additional parameter "increment" to find the number of end of months from the date supplied.
