Account Type; various issues corrected with regards updating the Account Type

Various issues have been corrected or enhancement made with regards updating the Account Type.

1. If you change the Account Type for an Account; the Financial page, Current or Closing row incorrectly shows the original Account Type. This also applies to the Account Type Promotion.
2. The Business Layer object finAccountCalc.LoadAccountType now immediately sets the parent Account's AccountType property (and corresponding Promotion). This was updated on the Account when saved.
3. The sample Page Set 'PageSet_SimpleLoanQuoteForm.xml' has been updated to remove the line that sets AccountTypeId on the finAccount object since this is now uneccessary.
