Scripts; Summary Page (version 2); Can now force 'Test Mode' when run from Scripts form

Summary Page (version 2) type Scripts generally use the finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder object to create HTML. When initialised, this object can be put into 'Test Mode' which means that certain debug information, E.g., column boundaries and warnings will be displayed on the page.

The problem with 'Test Mode' is that, when developing a Summary Page, you need to keep updating the Script to switch Test Mode on and off.

A new checkbox next to the 'Test' button on the Test Page of the Scripts form allows 'Test Mode' to be forced when running the Script, thereby removing the need to update the Script code.
