HTML Editor; If no visible text is entered in the HTML editor, the text returned is now blank

When entering text on the 'HTML' tab of an HTML editor (E.g., on the Documents form when entering a template for an Email), if white-space such as new lines and spaces is entered in the editor or, if existing text is deleted, switching to the 'Source' tab may show residual HTML tags such as ' ' or '

'.

This residual HTML is now cleared, thereby avoiding some confusion.
