Reporting; Account Cash Flow re-titled as Loan Cash Flow and additional information included

The Account Cash Flow report has been re-titled as the "Loan Cash Flow Report".

The report now excludes Deposit Accounts.

The underlying report name is unchanged, i.e., "AccountCashFlow" meaning that any saved settings, Queues and Report Templates using this report will not be broken.

NOTE: Breaking change since the permission key for this report has changed due to its inclusion in the "Loan Reports" group.
