Bank Transactions; can now allow any valid Element to be used when also specifying a Transaction Type

Bank Transactions, in particular Bank Entry, are no longer restricted to using the same Element Type as the Transaction Type's default element. Previously, if a Bank Transaction specified a Transaction Type, all Elements used in the batch had to be of the same Element Type as the Transaction Type.

To enable this for a Transaction Type, check the "Allow any Element?" under Other page, Usage options, Bank Transactions allowed?

This allows a batch to mix Payments Received, Investments, Additional Investments and Withdrawals to be entered in the same batch, or imported in the same batch.
