Sales orders; Special Pricing, special pricing not always applied to order quantity.

With the transaction type option 'Apply Special Pricing to Order Quantity' in place the order quantity is applied in the first entry applied. If there is a subsequent entry using a quantity break where the quantity exceeds quantity available the special pricing reverts to use the quantity. This should always use order quantity regardless of quantity available.
