Reporting; New Loan Trial Balance and Deposit Trial Balance reports and new 'Deposit' and 'Loan' groupings added to Report Explorer

The existing Account Trial Balance report can be used to report on Deposits. However, since different columns and parameters will generally be used when reporting on Deposits and Loans, the following reports have been added:
* Deposit Trial Balance
* As per Account Trial Balance but for 'Deposit' Account Classes only and filters and columns refined to exclude Loan-specific details such as overdues and credit limits.
* Allows 'Investment' columns to be included.
* The report (not the exportable data) will reverse financial figures such as Balance and Allocations.
* Loan Trial Balance
* As per Account Trial Balance but with 'Deposit' Account Class removed from filter list and Close and Creation Method filters refined to only display those applicable to Loans.


New groupings have been added to the Report Explorer:
* Deposit Reports
* Loan Reports
