Clients and Accounts; Adding, Updating or Deleting a Client does not fire 'ClientRefresh' notification and Adding an Account does not fire 'AccountRefresh' notification
When updating or deleting an Account, an 'AccountRefresh' notification is sent to other forms. However, adding an Account from the New Account wizard was not sending a notification.
The corresponding 'ClientRefresh' notification was also not being sent when a Client was added, updated or deleted meaning that any Page Set attempting to handle the 'ActionNotification' event and respond to a 'ClientRefresh' notification did not work as expected.
NOTE: These notifications are only fired when a Client is updated or deleted from the Clients form or added from the New Client wizard (the notification will only occur for the main Client is a main and joint Client are being created).
