Scripts; HTML Reports; 3D Chart orientation incorrect

HTML Report type Scripts have the ability to generate basic charts via the ISChartDetails business layer object.

This object has a Render3D property which, if set to True would cause both Pie and Bar charts to render at a strange, almost reversed, angles. These rendering angles have been updated.

The Workflow Dashboard sample Script (/Templates/Sample Scripts/Script_WorkflowDashboard.xml) renders charts and updating the Render3D property in this Script to True will now display charts correctly.
