Documents; Word and Excel bulk documents in docx or xlsx format did not jump to bookmarks

When creating a bulk Document, e.g., an Account Advice VBA for multple Accounts via the Publish Documents wizard, a bookmark is inserted into the document (named ranges for Excel documents).

When opening the Document, e.g., via the Document page of the Account Log form, the file is loaded and then a command issued to Word or Excel to jump to the specified bookmark.

This functionality did not work for Word and Excel 2007 format files (docx and xlsx).
