Run Query wizard; Results window title now defaults to 'Saved Settings' name for newly saved Settings

When running a Query from loaded Settings on the Run Query wizard, the Query Results window title reflected the name of the loaded Settings.

However, for new Settings that had not previously been saved, the window title was still 'Ad-Hoc Query'. This has been changed so that the name of the new Settings is now used.
