Debug Window; Information tab may cause an Unhandled Exception

The Debug Window, Information tab may cause an error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

This occurs if the database has non-standard tables, including Access's MSysCompactErrors, and the current user has no read rights to that table.
