Queues; Running from an Application Shortcut does not preserve date values

Specifying a 'Queue' type Application Shortcut and attempting to pass a date value across as part of a URL (formatted M/d/yyyy) did not preserve the date value.

For example, attempting to pass a DateAsAt parameter from the following Application Shortcut did not work correctly:

app://Queue?id=TEST&DateAsAt=8/21/2014
