Pending Bank Account Enquiry wizard; added options to select and include items based upon Status and to Delete Enquiries

New options have been added to the Pending Bank Account Enquiry wizard.

1. Button below the grid to select all rows with the same "Status" as the current Row.

2. Button below the grid to include all rows with the same "Status" as the current Row. All other Rows are excluded.

3. Button at bottom of form to Delete Requests.

This allows you to quickly Delete Requests for all rows with a status of Failed or Expired - for example.
