Log forms; Add "Complete" Action button and action

Log forms now include facilities to quickly complete the Log's Action date.

If the Log is being edited click the "Complete" button next to the Action Complete date to set these fields. When the Log is saved the completed date and time are updated.

If the Log is not being edited there is an action in the form's Action list on the left hand side of the form. Click this to update the Completed date.

Note, if there is no Action date or the Log has already been completed neither of these facilities are available.
