Bank Account Enquiry; when Report is downloaded the Client Log's Action date is now set

When a Bank Account Enquiry Report is downloaded the Client Log's Action date is now set and therefore will appear in the Task Manager for the Manager to follow up.

This means one User can run the Pending Bank Account Enquiry wizard and as Reports are downloaded the Managers are alerted to the fact via the Task Manager.
