Summary Page (Version 2) type Scripts can now be run from Application Shortcuts

Summary Page (Version 2) type Scripts can now be run from Application Shortcuts in the same way as normal Summary Page Scripts.

NOTE: The Script must be geared up to handle being run from an Application Shortcut, e.g., the built-in Account Key Details page can accept either a finAccount object or an AccountId via the targetObjectId Application Shortcut parameter.
