Database statistics; added to Debug form and Database Documenter

Databases statistics are now displayed when documenting the database and also on the Debug Window "Information" tab.

Debug Windows
Information tab on the Tools, Utilities, Debug Window.

For Access databases there is a new detail showing the database file size.

For SQL Server databases there is a new section "Database File Information". The file name, size and usage is shown.

At the bottom of the page there is a new section "Database Table Information", which details statistics for each table. Note, Access databases only show the total number of records in each table.

Document Database
There is a new option to "Include Database Statistics", the default is unchecked (false).
