DBCombo in 'Database Fast' mode not updating text when button is clicked

For databases setup to not show database dropdowns, e.g., unchecking the Global Settings, Performance, "Use Client Dropdowns" option, clicking a button to the right of the DBCombo would not update the text in the DBCombo.

For example, if a Client Id was entered in lower case, it would not immediately be updated to the proper case and any code handling the button click would not have access to the up-to-date text.

This mainly affects Page Sets.
