Transaction Types; Packing Slip option, new 'Compulsory' option added.

Under the Transaction Types Invoice tab the 'Packing Slip' options now include 'Compulsory'.

In invoice entry with 'Compulsory' selected the Print Packing Slip check box will be checked and disabled thereby forcing the user to print the packing slip.
